Frequently asked questions

How does billing work? +
You're billed a monthly base fee plus a per-unit fee. For example, a duplex (2 units) on the Starter plan is $19 base + $10 × 2 units = $39/month. We charge on the 1st of each month. No surprises, no hidden fees.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. No contracts, no early termination fees. Cancel with one click and your service ends at the current billing period. We'll help you transition smoothly.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit cards and ACH bank transfers via Stripe. ACH payments save you the credit card processing fee.
Do you offer volume pricing? +
Contact us for portfolio pricing if you manage 10+ units.
What happens if I add more units? +
Adding a unit is instant. Your next invoice includes the prorated per-unit cost for the new unit.
Is there a free trial? +
We don't offer a traditional free trial since property management involves real tenant interactions. However, founding waitlist members get preferred pricing.
